AdBrite Review – Is it a Good Ad System??

As you might of noticed the new advertisement for the AdBrite Ad System in my sidebar. If you haven’t heard of them before they are one of the largest all in one ad network online. They have many forms of making money being a publisher or many ways of getting your website seen if you are an advertiser. Today i have been playing around with the many features of there ad system and what they can do…

Adbrite Ad System Questions i had to ask myself…?

1.First of all do they pay as good as Bidvertiser.. If so i will use Adbrite and Bidvertiser as Ad networks on this blog…

2.Can i implement it to open ads in new window..? – Yes, I have investigated this already and it isn’t against there terms of service so i will have to add some coding…

3.Do they have a Referral system..? Yes they do and they pay on a percentage system – On all buying and selling activity referred by your site, you earn:

  • 50% of AdBrite’s profits for the first 3 months
  • 10% of AdBrite’s profit for the next 9 months

4. What makes them unique or different to Adsense or Bidvertiser…? The main feature i noticed is you can advertise in many ways – images, video, in text, full page ads, banners and contextual ads similar to Adsense or Bidvertiser… Talk about options there… The images and video ad feature had me interested so will look into that more in the next few days..

adbrite review is it a good ad system vs

Above: Contextual Ads similar to Adsense

5. I added there contextual ad system to my posts just under comments as a test run… In there contextual ad settings you can edit it so only there ads display if the CPM is higher than Bidvertisers CPM for me. It appears my Bidvertiser CPM is higher, so only Bidvertiser is showing. I thought that was a brilliant option so your not losing important ad space. That’s another AdBrite bonus…

6. Options -because there are so many options to make money with them, it means i can play around with there many Ad Systems and see how they go. If they are not good i can implement and try another and see how it goes. I am currently thinking of leaving my in content advertising to Bidvertiser alone as it is performing excellent, but would be interested in trying the in video, banner ads and the image ads and see how they go with AdBrite…

7. Statistics – Excellent up to date statistics for your Ads whether a publisher or Advertiser.

Overall they seem to have answered all my beginning questions, as the new week progresses i will update on how they are going…? So far i rate them as an excellent option for earning money particularly for me the image ads and in video ads which seem so unique to other networks…

  1. Thank you for your review of the AdBrite program. We appreciate you sharing your opinion and doing the research needed to fairly evaluate the service. We have seen fit to link to this article in our independent AdBrite Reviews section. Anyhow, keep up the good work spreading truth.

  2. I struggled to get approved by Adsense, Adbrite was my next choice, but I didn’t have a good experience. Read here why.

All I’m looking for, is a hassle free, good paying Ad network. Is that to much to ask?!

  3. I everyone should avoid AdBrite and just let it die. They don’t pay per click but per every 1,000 views and very little. You may earn from $0.01 to $0.03 per 1,000 views and still don’t get pay because they may say that you are generating too few views. AdBrite is a scam.

    • Hey Pete,
Adbrite is not really a scam, it is more a network that suits certain types of websites. With some types of sites it does really well. It partly depends on the niche and traffic flow. Many people have compared it against ad networks like Adsense with similar results, it just depends on the site totally.

      Timon
