pepperjam network joinMany online blog and website owners love to use AdSense as a contextual based advertising… However most website owners have not heard of the Pepperjam Network. A couple of months ago i thought they were just another similar Affiliate Network like CJ or Neverblue ads until I took a look a bit further…

Pepperjam has Contextual based Affiliate Ads!

When comparing these two i have to say i prefer Pepperjam over AdSense and i will tell you why..? Earning Potential… First of all if you receive one affiliate sale out of 1000 to 2000 impressions this can easily be $30 to $60 USD.

While with AdSense or other PPC advertising if you are receiving over $5 per thousand impressions you are doing good. We all choose which form of programs to choose for your website, however if you are choosing AdSense to earn more than others then maybe you have made the lower paying choice.

I have only just recently started using there contextual based ad system (as you can see below this post) and already the CTR is good. Depending on how your website targeting is would depend on your results but the right sort of targeting to the contextual based Affiliates ads can create great results… Look below to see the making of the contextual based ads in the admin… Pepperjam has over 400 quality affiliate programs to choose from and growing in the network…

pepperjam Vs AdSense

Here is a Realistic CPM look again… “Pepperjam Vs AdSense” (with right website or blog placement conditions)

CPM Pepperjam  - $15 to $30
CPM AdSense - $5 to $7

Please note the above figures are as examples and does not imply that earnings will be higher or lower for either program, it is figuratively for example purposes only.

What about AdSense?

Personally i think the AdSense Publisher ad system for contextual results is great for certain websites however the biggest flaw they have is  there ads do not open in a new window. This potentially means you can lose a good customer or reader. This can be a  very valuable loss…

Personally if you are to go for a AdSense alternative that is good i would go with Bidvertiser for making money online as a publisher. Ads open in new window with Bidvertiser and you can also set the bid minimum by rejecting low bid ads in your admin. However if you design the ads to look different from each other, there is nothing stopping you from using both AdSense and Pepperjam (or Bidvertiser )all together…
