Eat less and live longer!

It has largely been the belief that if we eat alot of food we are recieving more vitamins and minerals in to the body..It is really the contrary many studies are finding overeating leading to many health problems..

In truth the body absorbs alot more nutrients from food than we need…the over consumption the western world is doing is negatively effecting our health…

If you look at other cultures that dont eat as much or snack alot instaed of having the big meals you will notice alot of things in common including –

  • Less rate of heart attack
  • body has more energy
  • healthier liver and kidneys
  • longevity
  • less chance of bowel or stomach cancer

See what happens is the food that isnt needed is turned into toxins in the body and therefore negatively overall effects our health.

The moto really should be ” Eat less, eat healthy”.

Regular small healthy snacks is found to be the most beneficial diet in keeping us healthy and also in shape.
